Only one Account is permitted per household address and per device. lbk8 uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Players found to have created multiple accounts may have all accounts suspended without prior notice, and any funds identified as bonus-derived may be voided.

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-fraud obligations, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are exceeded.

The minimum deposit on lbk8 is RM30 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher threshold. lbk8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your lbk8 account are owned by you, are not the proceeds of any illegal activity, and are not subject to any legal dispute. lbk8 may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.
In the event that a deposit is debited from your payment method but does not appear in your lbk8 account balance within 15 minutes, please contact lbk8 support with your transaction reference number. lbk8 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures promptly.
Cryptocurrency deposits are valued at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. Exchange rate fluctuations between initiation and confirmation are borne by the Player. A minimum equivalent of MYR 30 applies to all crypto deposits.
Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. lbk8 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the original method does not support withdrawals, in which case lbk8 may direct the payout to an alternative verified method at its discretion.
Note: lbk8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that display unusual patterns. Such reviews may temporarily delay processing but do not affect your entitlement to legitimate winnings.
lbk8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Players are responsible for reviewing wagering requirements before opting into any bonus.
lbk8 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinated betting strategies that exploit promotional structures. Where such patterns are identified, lbk8 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings.
Bonuses that remain unclaimed, or whose wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688 per eligible transaction) applies exclusively to deposits made via supported cryptocurrency channels. The bonus will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the deposit being confirmed. Standard wagering requirements and the general bonus terms set out in Section 8.1 apply.
All games available on the lbk8 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between general Platform rules and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, lbk8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. lbk8 will not honour bets or payouts that result from an identifiable system error, regardless of whether the error appeared to favour the Platform or the Player.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, the FA Cup, UFC, and other events — are governed by specific sports betting rules available on the Platform. Accepted bets will be settled in accordance with these rules. Suspended or cancelled events will be settled according to the standard void/refund policy unless otherwise specified.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time. The Player is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during gameplay. lbk8 is not responsible for disconnections or incomplete rounds resulting from the Player's network instability. Where a Player is disconnected during a live game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's default rules where applicable.

The lbk8 name and associated logos are protected marks. Unauthorised use of any lbk8 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lbk8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or costs of procuring substitute services.
lbk8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lbk8 makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Platform's suitability for any particular purpose.
In any event, lbk8's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their lbk8 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lbk8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other Players.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting lbk8 support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Closure requests made as part of a responsible gambling self-exclusion are subject to the terms in our Responsible Gambling Policy.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. lbk8 may apply a monthly account maintenance fee of RM10 to dormant accounts. Players with dormant accounts will be notified by email before any fee is applied where possible.
